The underlying issue is team chemistry and I just don't see it and the 3 stooges of Cashman, Boone and Blake are to blame.

Sums it up quite accurately IMO. I heard a story during one of the broadcasts...Tito Martinez told Jose Ramirez to play hard every day, so as to show the younger players the approach they need to bring. Made me think of the Yankees and the bad ahbits that some of their veterans display, which can't be good for young players to see.
That's on the manager. But also on the GM acquiring those players who are known issues.
