So what your telling me is that when the SEC finally “learned” about what all these Brokerage firms/Market Makers and Banks were doing with this Dark Pool account, your saying they did something about it? If so, please post it. I’m curious because as far as I have seen, they still have not been able to rectify or conclude as to when those shares in that “Dark Pool” account ever settle….
