Everyone likes to go to short interest and then say you cant do that when it is the short VOLUME that impacts the price most. Which is the MMs "making a market" for themselves by backfilling trades thus "short volume". They do not have the shares so they make them up and trade. Thereby killing the supply vs demand curve
