Oddly enough your response regarding the shares are almost verbatim to the corporate response. Insider? Of course not.
Lets look at the facts. They're not timely when they use to be, the last update came at on Friday after the close and 4 days beyond the last update, there was an increase of 5 million, and there's still issues regarding the S8 which is most likely where the shares are coming from. Why sell down here if the future scaling metrics are in play?
The company has only recently began to issue press releases in attempts to defend its stock. Over 14 months from the hoy.
Transparency and credibility are still waning. There are several OTC daily share updates I monitor. It's a nominal fee to do so but they do it. Why not affect a higher level of transparency for shareholders?
