There is no consistent delay on anything. Share updates on the company are given by their transfer agent who reports the updates directly to OTC Markets every month.

I think it's ridiculous for those that actually think this company needs to waste their time pacifyiing a few who think this company needs to update their shares outstanding on a daily basis. This company has no debt, no toxic notes, and relatively no dilution to their scant float.

Anyone who thinks they can run this company better than a CEO who already runs a success $100+ million company or a COO with 16+ years with Sony entertainment and their Playstation division, please feel free to post their resume, so we can be impressed.
