Gee, no I use common sense. If it is similar to what the company responded to you then I guess we can chalk it up to "great minds think alike." But for the record, I've commented on this subject before.
Secondly, this company is fully compliant with all their required filings, so to say they are late with anything is incorrect. People that make exceptional consideration to a company's transfer agent reporting numbers a day or two over their 30 day period probably shouldn't be speculating in the OTC market.
The S-8 shares were issued to employees under an ESOP as compensation. I highly doubt employees are selling their shares at this level when there are so many great things going on right now, especially considering the stock was trading at .75 cents last year.
It never ceases to amaze me how some people are never satisfied.
