The two most important words to note from your post are "Potentially pivotal".

Potentially pivotal Phase 2b/3 AD clinical trial – expected fall 2022
Potentially pivotal Phase 2/3 pediatric RTT clinical trial – expected by end 2022.

Note! that we are now expecting the Rett trial to be completed by end 2022. Topline readout therefore late Q1 or into Q2 2023!!!

Those two trials with the Potentially pivotal predicate will either remain a P2 trial or be accepted as a P3 Pivotal trial entirely dependent on their results.

If either or both do not qualify as pivotal, the next step imo will be precision medicine P3 trials of the kind that selects patients for enrollment based on certain biomarkers.
