Reverse splits in order to uplist are not a bad thing.

Im no expert but I can see the rationale to do a reverse split to raise the share price to qualify to join Nasdaq. In the big picture, I see no disadvantage but an advantage to get on the Nasdaq and the intrinsic value of our initial investment remains the same and will attract more investors on a larger trading platform. Here is a snip from NEgoodlife’s post:

“This is the dilution that was expected with financing. Then, the SPAC is gone and the next move is getting Niocorp listed on the Nasdaq. Today's PR also basically disclosed that a reverse split will be utilized if necessary to get the share price high enough to qualify for the uplist. In this whole scenario, I'm absolutely okay with that. Great news that we have a plan in place for the equity portion of funding.”

The operative words in this passage are, —(if necessary)—

Let us hope it’s not NECESSARY.
MS has said years ago that he does not like reverse-splits!!

Yes - you are correct Demo. That is how a reverse split would work. We do not yet know the final count it could be 1 for 3 or 1-5? A few years back when I asked Jim about a reverse split he stated it wasn’t Niocorp’s intention to do so..
Maybe things have changed? Maybe - 10$ share in the future, but have less shares mate … or it could be a wash even Steven..
Watching to see how this plays out now…

That math is correct but I believe to goal is to get on the NASDAQ. That target would be $3 a share and that might happen anyway before the merger is complete. IFF that is the case then status quo. IFF not, then it really depends upon the SP at the time of the contract the the NASDAQ. Not likely, IMO, to be 1:5 but 1:2 or 1:3. It may be a non issue... I hope.
