I REALLY hate RS. I thought it is $5 to uplist on NASDAQ. Fingers crossed we hit that before the deal is finalized so we do not have to do the RS. With 120,000 shares (small potatoes compared to some on this board), I would like to see at least $30/share in 4-5 years with no RS. If there is a split, the price has to go significantly higher, depending on the split ration, for me to hit my target of $3.5M in my pockets.
