Stark- I respect your opinion, but could not disagree more with you on this. Reverse splits to uplist are almost always worse than an organic uplist. Take a look at stocks that did a RS to uplist; there is usually a drop in price immediately following which lessens shareholder value.

In addition, I wouldn't be thrilled with having my share count reduced to a number that would lessen my chances at big gains when considering the potential future share price I anticipate when the mine is operational. As discussed before on this board, the stock price is less and less dependent on fundamentals and more on anticipation and projected values. That will not change, but share count will.

I guess time will tell.
