Oh here's the deal. I was found incompetent to stand trial, then competent to stand trial, then the US Attorney had another evaluation done and declared me incompetent to manage my own affairs and placed me under a legal guardian in my plea agreement with the federal courts and downward departed me to misdemeanors due to diminished capacity. Then I was restored wrongfully only by error because the judge had to go by a technicality. Oh and by the way people told me what to say to get out of the guardianship and it was another psychiatrist who did that. I'm deemed incompetent in my federal courts plea agreement by the guardianship clause alone and even recently state attorney declared me incompetent to testify in a criminal proceeding about 3 months ago where I am the victim so they had to drop he charges against the suspect. Yes regarding Vakser on all otherwise. FYI 7 of 9 doctors say I'm incompetent but very intelligent. I don't think Vakser is incompetent. I think he's just a ganaf or aka thief and a habitual liar. Vakser is cold and calculated in all he does. Before you judge my competency or incompetency learn about my complete mental health history first please. Medication doesn't fix everything 100% FYI. I'm just calm and collective somewhat but I can have a mental state breakdown at any given moment and feel like I'm about to possibly have one if Vakser continues. But I'm indeed incompetent by diagnosed mental defect but I am indeed intelligent. If this happens it will delay the case for years as I will ask for help from state hospital again for my own sanity. Even if Vakser wins in Texas he won't win in Florida. I have counsel in Florida too. So when Vakser goes to file his lawsuit he should know that I have counsel here. Oh, and I emailed that bullshit acquisition Vakser is trying to do in another lie of a pump and dump and I think I'll get the guy to back out for his own sanity and well being. Vakser drove me insane. If I would have listened to Mike's brother about Vakser who was a SVP at Merrill Lynch: 1) we wouldn't be in the mess. 2) Mike wouldn't have committed suicide due to Vakser lies. Yes my best friend and business partner died due to Vakser lies and manipulation upon us. I will be a thorne in Vakser side the rest of his life no matter what.
