golf stud, Denner can still buy up to 10% of the outstanding shares before he would be considered an insider. So there's still some room for him to move around. Of course since he's over the 5% threshold he must file with the SEC if he decides to add or subtract from his core position.
What's weird is the Sarissa website is just a one pager with zero content. I think they got tired of the Amarinian's trying to call for information. Myself included...
