No, they did not talk about monetization options any more on Sept. 13, just about SELLING Xome. I meant, originally, months ago (Q3 and Q4 2021), they talked about selling, then in Q1 or Q2 2022 they said they were evaluating monetization options. But NOW, he repeated "selling XOME" many times. That's why I conclude there will not be a spin-off, but they will sell XOME completely.
