With the housing market in turmoil, rates rising, and forbearance ending, foreclosures should pick up significantly. This would, I imagine, show a very large increase in profitability, and inturn, Value, of Xome. I think they will make their move mid to late 2023. Just my opinion.

No COVID-19 Forbearance period may extend beyond six months after the end of the COVID-19 National Emergency or September 30, 2022, whichever is later.
