BULL! No NDA would preclude these scammers from admitting what they did or didn't do to cause the failure of IPF snake oil to be sold in the USA in March. No NDA would prevent these scammers from admitting not one of the 27 retailers were placing orders for ipf snake oil. I could list a dozen of items like that.
