BULL! No NDA would preclude these scammers from admitting what they did or didn't do to cause the failure of IPF snake oil to be sold in the USA in March. No NDA would prevent these scammers from admitting not one of the 27 retailers were placing orders for ipf snake oil. I could list a dozen of items like that.

NOTHING in what I said here would be prevented from being revealed by an NDA, period!

I'm not naive, I know a scam when I see one. The fact that you believe this is hardly a reason to attempt to debate me on this.
