There are many reverse splits that were successful afterwards. I'll leave it to you to Google this to find out.

You're position is that 100% of reverse splits fail. That is not correct. Gerald answered an investor question on a conference call addressing the differences between the Amarantus RS and the Todos planned RS. He gave a great explanation of the key differences and it was clear to me he had learned a hard lesson from the Amarantus one. The link to that call and the discussion is in one of my prior posts, so it's there if you want to do some digging.

I feel confident the lessons learned and the strategy around this RS will be successful. Am I 100% sure? No, there are always things that cannot be predicted that may occur. But I've got a lot invested here, as does Red and others. We don't fear the RS as most do because we understand what the company is telling us about their strategy and see them holding off on the RS until conditions are right to execute it.

My advice to anyone who is losing sleep over the RS is to invest elsewhere. One can always come back after the uplist once they see the trajectory of the share price. Since the RS has been on the table for the past several years, if an investor is now just finding out about it or invested without knowing this, that's on them and their lack of DD prior to investing here. GLTY whatever you decide.
