You should re read the Proxy.....you have it mixed up....and BTW Rev splits on penny stocks don't work, after the r/s it has further to fall and plays into the hands of shorts and hedges.....often the company that loans the money post split will hedge their loan. Once the stock fall post split then milestone agreements fail to be met and the loans from those lenders are cancelled , the stock falls and hedgers and shorts win
