Yeah the $8B in potential dilution was very unexpected, at least it was for me. I expected some, they actually stated they would be raising "some" cash - but I didn't expect it to be on that scale.
The good news is this is a company that has an outstanding product, a plant (in fact multiple now, with more on the boards) and financial backing. In the long run I think this will do very well for people, but I'm not sure staying in right now is the right thing to do. It's going to need to find a bottom for a while I think.
