I have been remiss in not researching the Saudi connection more as I thought they had access to cash there without dilution to this extent.
The US Factory development has been going very well and very fast, if they are building similarly in Saudi then the $ is definitely needed sooner rather than later. Not being able to sell the cars they planned due to supply and transportation problems is a big spanner in the works as well.
Hopefully a little more detail will be forthcoming - you only put the minimum required in official filings
I believe the requirement for this 8 B is insurance against the Saudis if if if they back out at any point. Smart, and I don't think it will be used. GLTA
