Waiting 3+ months for them to become fully SEC reporting is not a comforting strategy to me.

We don't know how far they have come in this process by now. Much of the required preparations could already be done. Remember HZ's words about becoming SEC compliant several months ago.

Because that is what it is now...... an excuse. As I said before, there is no rule that requires them to be fully reporting.

FINRA has the power to decline processing the dividend. If they want it to happen, I suppose they just have to comply.
