So you really think that they will report $800M in cash out of the blue?
How will the lawyers feel about that?
How will the auditor feel about that?
How will FINRA and the SEC feel about that?
They don't have a lot of credibility now.

It is much easier to settle. Pay a stock dividend or cash dividend. As long as our interests are served there shouldn't be an issue.
