We will see. If they are fully reporting then FINRA will find another excuse why they should not process the dividend.

Because that is what it is now...... an excuse. As I said before, there is no rule that requires them to be fully reporting. If there were, then none of the pink current companies would be able to issue such dividends.

I think our best hope is to get this dividend. 50%
And if not, an announcement, a settlement. Something, that would give the stock a massive boost. Even a cash dividend is possible.
Waiting 3+ months for them to become fully SEC reporting is not a comforting strategy to me.
