You prove a very important point, if your "scammer" theory is correct than please provide link and source in the mandatory disclosures, on where this is disclosed in ANY of the OTC Markets mandatory reports. We could not find this anywhere. Maybe you have information you would like to share that you have on this including emails and / ot discussions with management directly.

DSCR Due Diligence 8 Questions with No Answers
DSCR on 12/21/2021 was listed by OTC Markets as a Caveat Emptor stock. Investigative reports below outline why we believe the OTC market did this.
DSCR inadequate information, and how it has damaged the minority shareholder of more that $50,000,000.
Between May 4 to May 11, 2021 the Management promoted the launch of the DSC Coin. This coin was represented as being a "Tethered Coin" backed by more than $100,000,000 in GOLD, SILVER, BITCOIN and Ethereum.
IT WAS NOT
This false representation was then used in an inside information FOMO campaign to sell more that $50,000,000 in DSCR stock and sell more than $2,500,000 in DSC Coin that DSCR purposely with scienter, omitted from all mandatory OTC market filings.
1,000's of minority shareholders lost north of $50,000,000 from this conduct and the stock plummeted 99% where it has never recovered.
