Bridgett Hill, I would like to File a Complaint

against #DSCR [phone] Attorney General State of Wyoming

As a shareholder of Discovery Minerals, LTD and as an investor into DSC Coin, I have questions pertaining to the increased authorized capital increase that DSCR performed in June/July of 2018.

DSCR had 3 classes of stock consisting of 2 preferred classes and 1 common. On July 2, 2018 without shareholder notice, approval or future disclosure, DSCR increased its common stock authorized capital from 5,000,000,000 to 10,000,000,000 common shares. The results of this un approved shareholder amendment has caused the share price to drop by more that 99%, causing me and thousands of other minority shareholders to lose millions of dollars.

I would like to offer my affidavit of facts that support this investigation into these blatant violations that have damaged all the minority shareholders of DSCR and crypto coin buyers of the DSC Coin
