Is DSCR Management Directly Promoting Their Stock?

Last time I checked this was about as illegal as it gets. Insider trading comes to mind, as well as being the "smoking gun fulcrum in the March to May 2021 DSC Coin Pump and Dump/

This begs the question how does a message board poster have access to OTC Issuer Only Back End Admin privilege's.

This is beyond disturbing and demonstrates the level of management scienter in the execution of their coordinated scheme to defraud the 1,000's minority shareholders of DSCR out of more than $50,000,000.




When you click on the Https://BACKEND.otcmarkets.com you are denied access which proves that this individual was one of the APPROVED OTC Markets issuers for DSCR, while actively promoting the stock.

This is why the SEC and Wyoming Attorney General needs to make an example of this conduct. It dilutes the integrity of the market being fair and open.
