Unless you're referring to Insiders or managements family or friends or Barber holding retail common shares.... The rest are restricted With the one exception and if they've been selling out they've got to be about gone. You have provided no proof whatsoever that that restricted shares are being dumped in the market. Until you can, All your theoretical analysis is just that, theoretical.
Why can't you get it through your head that S FIO is not unique. Just in the last 2 weeks I've tracked 5 stocks that spiked just like S FIO did recently..... Just to come right back down to where they started.... Except in those cases it wasn't after a week and a 1/2 or more it was within A-day or 2.
The idea that most of them would want to sell their share at this value is kind of ludicrous on the face. Unlike some, Most realize we are still testing the bottom of the market and especially the OTC. Nothing strange, nothing abnormal, nothing ominous.... Just basic everyday trading in a crappy market setting
