I have already explained the “Theoretical” conclusion on shell R/M transaction methods and when a transaction structure becomes unfavorable to the shareholders.

In the case of SFIO, This is based on the allocation of shares during the R/M process.

This is not complicated and more and more are now discovering it which can only explain why the stock cannot even for the life of it sustain an upward trend.

Any positive news SFIO releases stock is met with an overwhelming amount of sell interest.

Toxic is subjective and if you’re applying “Toxic” as if SFIO issuing additional shares in the float? NO, expect the Reg A - which is normal for any OTC company raising capital.

Again the focus of the “dumping” is based on the share allocation during the R/M shares. Do I need to further explain how that works?

In my humble opinion of course:)
