SFIO is polluted with holders of a significant amount of shares being unloaded in an outrageous manner.

SFIO has NOT even come close to a sustainable upward trend especially when management issues positive news.

I never said restricted shares.

During a custodian transactions is when an issuance occurs. This is common.

I own shares of another OTC penny stock that jumped 400% with a tight float and no one dumping massive blocks and any news triggers NORMAL buyers.

In my humble opinion of course:)
