Koo's abandoned the once FDA IND approved HemaX for dCellvax when he couldn't find funding for HemaX clinical trial. dCellVax was then abandoned when the world famous Dr. Kesari couldn't convince the FDA to grant it an IND after several resubmissions. Then there was tCellvax. That was abandoned for NR2F6 which has tons of patents but yet not one big pharma is interested in after all this time.
But yeah, Koos isn't like those other unscrupulous OTC CEOs.
