Cfoo.... I'm also on much of the same as you...Vit. D3/Zinc/ & Quadramune( a natural supplemnt you can buy on Amazn@$68 per bottle) still havent caught Covid19...been at functions where others have contracted the virus too..also believe QM would help those with LONG Coivid19 cuz of the anti inflammatory properties in QM...jmo though).I'm 65 y/o and pretty healthy fwiw...good luck...

I've had covid at least twice and have had a minor case both times, may have had it a third which was quick also:

I'm a healthy 38 but have taken D3 and Zinc semi regularly the last two plus years and it's been essentially a head cold for a few days.

My wife for example no D3 or Zinc and has gotten beat up by it over the course of a week with multiple symptoms.

I see that as a great list, Only thing I might add is eat right--sleep/rest--sun when can

Also the Tollovid can be used prophy--but acute for sure. Its a lil pricey for me to use "daily" but I usually know when will be airport/planes/hotel/restaurant etc. So I use 2-4 /day a few days prior -during those times. Fingers crossed using most of your list the rest of the time.

"Ok, would anyone like to add to my list of prophylactic supplement protocols I have used against Covid for the past 2 1/2 years? My wife and I are in our late 70s and have escaped the monster up to this date.
Prophylactic protocol: Vit. C, D3, NAC, Zinc, Garlic, Mag. Theonate.
