Ok, would anyone like to add to my list of prophylactic supplement protocols I have used against Covid for the past 2 1/2 years? My wife and I are in our late 70s and have escaped the monster up to this date.
Prophylactic protocol: Vit. C, D3, NAC, Zinc, Garlic, Mag. Theonate.
Positive test protocol: Add Bio-Quercetin, Tollovid to the above. I hope to add Buc soon!
There are several 'smarter than me' posters here so your suggestions will be appreciated, especially if you have one for the new variants.
