Assuming there is such a bucket if assets, the question is —- protected for/from whom? The assets went to whom they were supposed to get them. But you can keep dreaming.

Plan 6 was superseded by Plan 7. Plan 6 was not agreed to nor releases sign for any plan 6, only Plan 7. Plan 6 in the courts eyes has no relevance nor standing
