yes very true, as only plan 7 was approved and signed by the judge. After that plan 6 has no value.
I still don't understand why underwriters (who know the most about assets) left guaranteed 36 million and joined PQ for 1 %. They must know something. Any one knows if underwriters got paid somehow!
