Yes, the back ribs used to be good but now they lack. This cut is different and honestly I never knew about it. I'm too lazy to slice it up but my bet is that it would make bacon beg for a new occupation.

I'm only chiming in and it's my first time so I'm a bit like a virgin but they are really good if one digs a pig.

I prefer tenderloin or roast myself with lots of gravy and dumplings but I'm a little spoiled in that regard. Total Bohemian and not ashamed.

the bbq is okay too. I just never knew there were so many ways to cook a pig.
