I've had similar question. Either the $1M was not paid immediately upon the June 4th, 2022 Eco-Aero, LLC JV closing, but after June 30, 2021. Or, the $1M was not initially financially accounted as Research and Development (R&D) funds, where then Xeriant's later financial filings show such Eco-Aero payments as R&D funds and accounted as such. I've posed this question before, when the 10-Q was released, and generally asked if an Amended 10-Q would be issued by Xeriant (where in response standard smart bullshit denial was provided).
