Still doesn't address the important fact of the auditor certifying that $1M was paid to XTI Aircraft. $1M paid by Xeriant to XTI Aircraft is not opinion or interpretation (as falsely claimed), but actual June 2021 10-K filing information.


Still doesn't address the Eco-Aero JV does not have a Xeriant default that is punative, other than termination of the JV where Xeriant still gets its per $1M paid pro rata share of XTI Aircraft common stock. That's also not opinion or interpretation (as falsely claimed), but what the JV Agreement actually states.


We can wait for the next 10-K to re-write it too?
