are we sure the target share price in his agreement does not fluctuate depending on. the Authorised or outstanding share count?

The fact that he used the opportunity to get Billions in cash was brilliant, just that he then sold his shares upsets people. I blame myself for not doing the same - i have greed not Andy!

We have the cash to doa. few more production plants would like to see more of the 50tpd size though. On the other hand we don't know the plans for the cash need to support our JV's. will SK want to set up one in the US as well as in SK after their visit with Joe last week? Acciona JV hasn't been talked about for 9 months now. So I suspect the cash has been earmarked already.
