The compensation package that passed recently is for the share price targets as they relate to the current share count. Any share increase/decrease would change the share price targets.

The JV with SK does not require any cash layout from Plug. SK invested in Plug by buying 10% of the shares. When SK and Plug build a gigafactory in South Korea a disclosure on who bears what costs will be disclosed.
Acciona Plug is a 50-50 JV which will be treated the same as the HYVIA company.
