I wonder if the scarcity of whales is actively working against us.
That is, the rest of the world looks at Liquidmetal and says, "Apple has had intimate access to this material for 12 years, done tons of research on it, generated hundred of patents for it, and certainly made countless prototypes with it… and still they think it’s not up to snuff compared to traditional materials and methods. Why would we, Company X, gamble on Liquidmetal for our project, when Liquidmetal’s bedmate doesn’t even believe in it?"
