You are mistaken. HUAWEI and several other Chinese whales are already using liquidmetal patents and formulas shared with LQMT USA.

In fact HUAWEI has done the bulk of the heavy lifting to get this material off the ground including the R&D for liquidmetal hinges for foldable phones.

Apple is always late to the party, but I do believe they have plans for using liquidmetal.

Apple has no need for LQMT Valencia, they have whatever they wanted via Crucible and exclusive rights to CE. LQMT is an irrelevant fly speck in the grand scheme of things. The PAL has probably drained cash from LQMT Valencia to pay them for prototypes and other services. What has Valenica received in payments from the maze? Not much if anything according to our numbers.
No royalties at all from the last financials.
