North - GV has substantially more allegedly inert chemicals. We would have to take a deep dive into their individual implications. Patients are looking for better health, not more chemicals. But the switch to GV is making that choice not the patient's informed consent.

What would the FDA Commissioner, a cardiologist, do if presented with a petition to ban/withdraw approval of the 2 gVs that also contain TiO2?

LOL ... if the 2 gVs will be banned/ withdrawn due to this ... Vascepa will be banned/ withdrawn also.
