I make one similar to the smoked salmon dip all the time. It's very good.
I will try the Green Peppercorn-Marinated Feta. (love good feta)
I will also now save the Feta brine and try using the brine as a marinade.
That's a new use for me.
Still looking for my seafood sausage recipe. Found lots of other blasts from the past, including my moms chili sauce recipe. I haven't made that in years and am now looking forward to our tomato's getting ripe.
