Of course, this can be the standing defense, "there are no naked short shares because they do not exist".

That is NOT what is being said.

Cancer exists in the populace, but it is STUPID to say that just because we know it exists, everyone must have it. I don't believe that ANYONE has said that naked short shares do not exist....just that that hundreds of millions of them don't exist in DBMM!

To say this has not been the standard operating procedure for all OTC stocks not compliant and facing termination is just ignorance.

REALLY? If it's being said that ALL OTC stocks facing revocation are infested with Millions upon MILLIONS of Naked Short Shares? Now THAT'S ignorance!
