Of course, this can be the standing defense, "there are no naked short shares because they do not exist".
Try to defend that statement to WSB or the Reddit people. Even the Apes
in G*ME or A*MC. The number of synthetic shares that have flooded both of those stocks is unreal. A*MC with by far the most makes it the potential MOASS of all MOASSes.

To say this has not been the standard operating procedure for all OTC stocks not compliant and facing termination is just ignorance.
Illegal naked shorting has been going on for a very long time.
This is why toxic lenders do what they do. Think they make money off of
the loans they give out? They make money by taking the company down and then out for good, naked shorting it as they go. All tax free.
