Patent infringement and IP theft just doesn’t seem to fit with Cofer’s background. But maybe it’s just a matter of having enough contacts to hire the right people for the job. Frankly, it’s a bit of a weird placement as a director.

Just a strange side note. For a company concerned about IP theft, it’s also a bit odd that LP leases space from a Chinese company that is known for using its telecom equipment for espionage to spy and gather trade secrets.
