I personally think Cofer is here for Patent work. His global reach and post-government venture capital work supports this. And by golly, Patents, which protect intellectual property, are working thought the systems.

I do get talked down to from longs when I link Cofer to patents, because it does not fit the 'he's coming for shorts' narrative. Time will tell, it always does.
