Oh Wow! Now that’s scary Good, kinda makes me nervous to think that this can come to fruition, would definitely be a life changer for me and I know for many others not only from a monetary stand point but could change the lives of many around the world suffering from terrible life threatening disease.
I appreciate all you do especially to help some of us who otherwise would have absolutely no clue how to project or estimate the value of a company. Is that estimate based on an equity deal? And would the estimated pps be achieved shortly after an equity announcement?
Who gave those valuation numbers, if Enzc did one surely can’t take them as legit. Anyone appraise this company or even a have audited financials? Nope.
MP, just to add to your comment, you're describing essentially the income approach to valuation. I would suggest considering applying probability factors to each income stream projection (you sorta covered that generally through the multiplier discussion) and the tax effect to your calculation methodology. I'm not speaking to the numbers b/c I haven't seen the study they quote (and I wouldn't comment about that publicly anyway). That's just my humble opinion (about the methodology, not the value) and nobody should consider it financial advice. Industry buyers may use other methods of valuation for acquisitions.
