No that did not factor in any equity deal. That estimate is based solely on the $100B over 11 year projection that they gave us for HIV/C3. Anything else would need to be added to it.

To clarify, the multiplier would stay the same and be calculated after earnings from everything are added up.

For example, lets estimate that IPF does $1B per year.
$1B ÷ 2,830,435,953 = $0.35

We would add the $0.35 to the $3.21 coming form HIV C3, then do the same for all earnings. Last add the multiplier once all earnings are factored in...

$3.21 + $0.35 = $3.76
$3.76 X 6 (Multiplier) = $22.56
