The $19.26 is based on C3 mABS for HIV only, using a conservative multiplier of 6.
After that you can take a look at the other products/tech they're trying to bring to market, and look up the size of those markets. Again, just take factor a conservative piece of each market for them, do the math again, and add to the above...
